Convey the idea that Talentive pays 50% of the monthly salary as a bonus if a candidate finds a job through the platform and to provide value through the closest possible selection of candidates or companies that will match profile/vacancy.

Product creation process:
1. Analysis of existing products. Using competitors' pratforms and analyzed user flows, we noted the moments from each flow, which in our professional opinion are the most convenient, accordingly they were subject to a more detailed analysis, actually to build the structure of our product.
2. Creating a visual part. It was necessary to design a job search screen, with their offer. This screen is the most demanding from the point of view of user experience because it is the most informative and active in the use of our users, so it has been worked out in detail.
3. The final stage of the task. As a result of the implemented job search screen, we created a style, and based on this, as well as competitor analysis, we built a great user experience, visual design, and a brand that is not only technical / IT, but also creates a great story.
