Initial conditions
Advertising campaigns and social media promotion were launched earlier.
However, there were long pauses in the work due to the search for a new contractor.
Overall, the advertising account had a positive base for further development but required systematization of campaign structure, transparent analytics of results, correct budget allocation, and updating approaches to selecting goals and creatives.
The main task was to build a stable advertising system with predictable performance indicators.

Project goals
Main goals:
Increase brand awareness and strengthen the bank's presence on social media.
Promote mobile banking by attracting new users to install the application.
Additional goals:
Generate applications for specific banking products and services (in particular, opening deposits).

Strategy and implementation
Separate launch of advertising campaigns for Facebook and Instagram aimed at attracting subscribers, using both new creatives and relevant publications.
Promotion of the mobile application through separate campaigns for Android and iOS. The main target action was set to completed registration after installation.
Creation of advertising materials focusing on the advantages of the application: convenience, speed of operations, access to finances 24/7, and modern functionality.
Working with different types of audiences:
client databases;
automatic targeting in Meta;
Lookalike audiences.
Regular updates of the visual part of the advertising to reduce audience ad fatigue, control frequency of impressions, and increase CTR.

During the collaboration period, a structured and effective advertising system was built for MTB Bank, which simultaneously addressed image, product, and performance tasks. The campaigns ensured active growth of the brand's presence on social media, stable attraction of new users to the mobile application, and effective generation of applications for banking products at a competitive cost.
