Task management system via Telegram bot
The project is developed using Telegram Bot API, OpenAI API, Trello API, Google Sheets API, and Supabase.
1. Intelligent task processing using AI:
- Creating tasks through a regular Telegram chat with the command /new_task using text or voice
- Automatic processing of free text using ChatGPT for structuring tasks
- Generating clear titles and descriptions from any description provided by the manager
- Standardizing the format of all tasks through AI processing
2. Automated integration with Trello:
- Automatic creation of cards on personal boards of performers
- Structured storage of all information (project, description, deadline, responsible persons)
- Tracking status changes via Trello webhooks
- Centralized task management for a team of 14 people (4 managers + 10 employees)
3. Smart reminder system:
- Automatic personalized reminders about tasks (3 hours or 2 hours before the deadline)
- Intelligent tracking of deadlines considering time parameters
- Monitoring overdue tasks with automatic recording
4. Automatic analytics and reporting:
- Instant notifications to all stakeholders about task completion
- Automatic recording of overdue tasks in Google Sheets for performance analysis
5. Intuitive interaction interface:
- Working through the familiar Telegram interface
- Quick assignment of responsible persons through interactive buttons
- Minimal time to create a task (2-3 minutes)
