Nethunt CRM for a recruiting company
The client had already worked with NetHunt, but the system needed refinement for recruitment processes. It was necessary to organize the work with leads, connect the main communication channels, and prepare the CRM for the further growth of the team.
We set up two funnels for recruitment, connected Zadarma, Facebook Messenger, and lead sources, and built the basic logic for processing candidates in the CRM. We also conducted training sessions for the team and supported the implementation.
As a result, the client received a more structured system for working with candidates, a clear logic for daily operations, and a prepared foundation for scaling the recruitment direction.
