Nochnytsa

Nochnytsa - in Slavic mythology, female night spirits, hostile towards people. She can
Attack children about to go to bed, causing them anxiety and insomnia. The Slavs
believed that the cause of children's crying, night screaming and poor sleep is the result
of the activity of Nochnytsa.
In eastern Serbia, the were presented as ugly women in black. According to Croatian
Legends, the bat are long-haired women with claws on their fingers. According to
Isolated Polish data, they could look like birds or bats
