A large-scale project in the field of legal and notarial services.
Geography: Ukraine (Local) + Europe (International targeting of the diaspora).
Project numbers:
Advertising budget: 1,422,055 UAH.
Number of conversions (applications/calls): 6,271.
Cost per lead (CPA): 226 UAH ($5.6).
Website conversion rate: 4.8% (high indicator for services).
Task:
Ensure maximum office load with local clients and enter the international notarial services market (apostille, powers of attorney, translations).
What has been done:
1. Division of strategies (Local vs International).
For the local market: Launch of Performance Max with a priority on Google Maps. Targeted geotargeting in business districts of the city to attract business clients.
For the international market: Setting up search campaigns targeting Ukrainians abroad (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Britain, etc.) who need document legalization.
2. Working with semantics.
Deep clustering of queries. Separate groups for expensive services (real estate registration, inheritance) and flow services (certification of copies). This allowed for flexible bid management and avoiding overpayment for cheap services.
3. Experiments and auto-strategies.
Using A/B tests to transition to the auto-strategy Target CPA (Target Cost per Conversion). This allowed for maintaining a stable application price while scaling the budget.
4. Script automation.
Implementation of scripts for budget control and automatic cleaning of search queries, which is critically important in the highly competitive legal niche.
Result:
A stable flow of clients has been established. With a budget of 1.4 million UAH, over 6,000 targeted inquiries were received at a price significantly lower than the market average. The office has been provided with work for both simple notarial actions and complex international agreements.
