Unlocking Instagram and Facebook accounts — successful

The client contacted us with a problem: both of his accounts (Instagram and Facebook) were blocked due to suspected violation of rules. Access was lost, and standard appeal forms did not yield any results.

My actions:

Analyzed the message and the reason for the blocking.

Prepared 3 versions of appeal letters in English.

Sent the appeals through official Facebook and Instagram forms, as well as through the Meta Verified support chat.

Communicated with support and provided the requested documents for verification.

Result:
After 5 days, the Instagram account was restored, and after 9 days, the Facebook account was restored. The client regained full access and was able to continue working on social media.

Cost of work:
3000 UAH (1500 UAH for each account).
