OKORU

OKORU — logo concept for an Asian cuisine establishment, created according to the client's wishes.

At the center of the logo is a stylized cat, inspired by the image of maneki-neko, the traditional "waving cat" that brings good luck. It is depicted in a friendly, minimalist style, creating a warm atmosphere for the brand. According to the client's idea, the cat is trying to catch and eat narutomaki — a white fish roll with a pink spiral, a well-known element of Japanese cuisine that is often served with ramen. It is lifting it with chopsticks, adding a playful, lively character to the logo.

Design features:

- the image of maneki-neko as a symbol of luck, hospitality, and positive energy;
- narutomaki as a recognizable element of Japanese gastronomic culture;
- contrasting white graphics on a deep red background — a reference to traditional Japanese aesthetics;
- light, playful composition and balanced typography.
