Online course for employees (LMS / training content)

Created a #training program for the company's internal #LMS. Over 120 lessons with tests, video materials, and interactive tasks were developed.
Goal: to reduce the #adaptation time for new employees and improve #service quality.
Result: a 25% reduction in the number of errors made by staff within two months.
