OpenCart Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM via n8n
I developed and implemented a full integration between an e-commerce website #OpenCart and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
The solution provides seamless synchronization of product data, inventory levels, order information, and publishing rules between the CRM and the client's online store.
What I did:
- Implemented integration between CRM and the site using #N8N
- Connected Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) to OpenCart via API (OData v4)
- Automated balance synchronization (daily updates + manual triggers from CRM)
- Configured the workflow for publishing and archiving products based on flags in CRM
- Add error handling and notifications (email notifications for critical balances/synchronization problems)
- Added logging in #NocoDB
- Prepared cartographic data and documentation for further support
