Task
The client — a modern dental clinic — has requested the design of an information sign (table tent) for the reception area. The main goal: to motivate patients to leave reviews on Google Maps, simplifying this process to one click, and to enhance the clinic's online rating.
Concept and Solution
To accomplish the task, I chose a minimalist and trustworthy style that is associated with cleanliness, professionalism, and care:
Communication and Copywriting: Instead of the standard and dry "Leave a review," I developed an emotional and relevant headline — "Share Your Smile!" This creates a direct association with the field of activity and evokes positive emotions.
UX/UI Elements (QR Code): The central element of the composition is a large, contrasting QR code with the Google brand icon in the center. It is instantly readable by any smartphone camera. Below the code, a short instruction prompt for patients of different ages is added.
Visual Style: The light, "airy" background of the card harmoniously combines with the brand's signature elements and delicate botanical accents (olive branches), adding a sense of coziness and eco-friendliness.
Social Proof: A visual trigger in the form of five stars subconsciously programs the patient for a positive evaluation.
Result
A concise, aesthetic, and functional layout has been created that:
Fits perfectly into the interior of a modern clinic without creating visual noise.
Reduces the patient's path to writing a review to 5 seconds (just point the smartphone camera while the administrator processes the documents).
Serves as an effective tool for local SEO promotion of the business through Google Maps.
