Optimization of a new project with a minimum budget

I have developed recommendations of technical and legal nature for the newly created site. After all the recommendations were introduced to the site, the site was open to indexation. The internal part of the site was optimized. Without purchasing links, on some key queries, the site was in the top edition of Google.
