Overdue payment control: automatic manager notification

This is a system for checking overdue #payments. If a student has not paid for the course within the specified deadline — the manager receives an automatic message in #Telegram with the details.

How the script works:
Every day #Make checks #Google Sheets:
If the corresponding payment column is empty
And 1, 2, or 3 days have passed since the deadline
Depending on the number of overdue days:
A message is sent in Telegram with the text “1 day overdue,” “2 days overdue,” or “3 days overdue”
The message contains:
Client’s name
Contacts
Amount/date of expected payment

What’s important:
If the student has paid at any stage — the system no longer sends reminders
The manager quickly sees who still hasn’t paid — and can act immediately

100% control over payments — no debtor will slip through
