Packaging design
The work was completed as part of training courses.
This project demonstrated my ability to develop effective and attractive design solutions according to the technical specifications and client wishes. Designing packaging for a pastry shop was a wonderful experience that I am ready to apply in future projects.
Project: Takeaway packaging design for a pastry shop
Client: Café-Pastry Shop
Goal: Develop an attractive #packagingdesign for gluten-free and lactose-free sweets.
Technical specifications:
Create a #design that is associated with sweets.
Use colors that are not dark, sad, or dirty.
A combination of blue and pink colors is preferred.
Market and competitor analysis:
Research existing packaging designs for confectionery products.
Analyze color schemes and visual elements that evoke positive emotions in consumers.
Color palette selection:
Use soft shades of blue and pink.
Combine colors to create lightness and attractiveness.
Design concept development:
Use elements associated with sweets, such as creamy swirls, fruit motifs, and pastry tools.
Choose fonts that emphasize the delicacy and sophistication of the products.
Creating a layout:
Develop several design options to choose the best one.
Consider the usability of the packaging and its functionality.
Result:
Packaging design for the pastry shop that successfully reflects the brand's core values: naturalness, lightness, and sophistication. The use of a combination of blue and pink colors creates a positive mood and is associated with sweets. The packaging not only attracts attention but also emphasizes the uniqueness of gluten-free and lactose-free products.
