Parking of Kyrgyz voters

One of my major orders is the #parcing of Kyrgyz voters from the Kyrgyz CIC website (https://shailoo.srs.kg/view/public/tik_list_public.xhtml): FIO, electoral district, electoral district. About 3 million records. The customer had to provide the data with one csv file as quickly as possible, so it had to run copies of the script, which was already multi-touch, on different hosts, and then combine the data. The case was complicated by the fact that the CIC server was constantly “falling” (for data updates and technical work). For this, the same customer later on another task was written by the #parser of the inner town districts of OKATO.
