Parser Work UA

Creating a parser for candidates with data storage in a database and an interface in the form of a Telegram bot through which the user inputs parameters for parsing and can receive parsing results in the form of an Excel file from the database. A simple rating system for each resume was also developed, along with sorting them in descending order of rating.
