Partnership system for Telegram bot

Client's Goal:
Create a partnership system for a Telegram bot without manual intervention, using Google Sheets as a database. Ensure transparent tracking of each invited user and automatic reward allocation to partners.

My Contribution:
Developed the structure of Google Sheets and implemented fully automated scenarios in Make.com:
Scenario A: When a user registers through a partner link, the bot automatically records them in the table and links them to the corresponding partner.
Scenario B: For each new referral, the system instantly allocates a bonus to the partner, updating the balance in Google Sheets (formulas + Make.com scenarios).
Scenario C: Partners can view their statistics (number of referrals, balance, percentages, accrual history) in the bot at any time — data is pulled directly from Google Sheets.
Scenario D: A monthly report for payments is automatically generated with details: partner, number of referrals, accruals, total balance.
Used: Make.com (Telegram Bot, Google Sheets, Routers, Filters, Webhooks), Google Sheets (formulas for automatic calculations and aggregations).

Success:
A fully automated partnership system has been created that:
- adds new partners and their referrals without human involvement,
- automatically allocates rewards for each invited referral,
- provides transparent statistics for partners directly in the Telegram bot,
- generates ready reports for financial payments.
