Integration of USPACE CRM with Telegram bot
Client's Goal:
Automate the process of customer interaction in Telegram using CRM USPACE to track and manage user data. Ensure complete tracking of each user step in the bot and synchronization of this information with the CRM without manual intervention.
My Contribution:
Developed and configured comprehensive automation on the Make.com platform that integrates the Telegram bot and CRM USPACE:
Scenario A: When a user initiates interaction with the bot, the system automatically checks them in the CRM. If the user is not found, a new contact is created; if they are, their activity information is updated.
Scenario B: Every choice, button press, or data entry by the user is tracked. Depending on their actions, information about the funnel stage or interests is automatically updated in the client card in USPACE.
Scenario C: The system allows the bot to dynamically retrieve information from the CRM (e.g., order status, service availability) and provide it to the user.
Scenario D: Logical routes (Routers) and filters are implemented for flexible request processing, allowing the bot to respond to various user requests by directing data to USPACE for further processing and analytics.
Used: Make.com (Telegram Bot, CRM USPACE, Routers, Filters).
Success:
A fully automated communication channel has been created that:
- Seamlessly synchronizes data between the Telegram bot and CRM USPACE.
- Provides complete control and visibility of each client, capturing their journey.
- Reduces the workload on managers by automating data entry and initial communication.
- Allows the use of data from the CRM for personalized communication and further client engagement.
