Pinewood Escape — Landing Page for Glamping / Eco-Hotel
Pinewood Escape is a concept for a premium landing page for a cozy eco-hotel or glamping in the heart of the forest. The main goal of the design is to immerse the user in an atmosphere of tranquility, silence, and unity with nature from the very first seconds, as well as to create an intuitive path from discovering the location to final booking.
The design is built on the principles of visual storytelling: large atmospheric photos, natural textures, and smooth, unobtrusive navigation.
Project Goals and Objectives
For the business: Create an emotional and aesthetic design that "sells" relaxation, emphasizes the uniqueness of the location, and makes the booking process as simple and quick as possible.
For the user: Convey an atmosphere of freshness and coziness through visual imagery, balance beauty and functionality, and ensure easy access to key sections (accommodation, activities, contacts).
Design Concept and UI Kit
The concept is based on the idea of "Escape to nature." The minimalist interface does not overwhelm the user with unnecessary information, allowing them to fully focus on the meditative visual array.
Color Palette: Natural, deep shades — pine green, warm wood, soft beige, and pure white for contrast.
Typography: A combination of an elegant serif accent font that conveys premium quality and style, with a clean, easy-to-read sans-serif font for the main text.
UI Components: The well-thought-out UI Kit includes neat rounded buttons, custom icons, convenient date selection cards, and interactive gallery elements.
What Has Been Done (Scope of Work)
Research and Concept: Analysis of the eco-tourism niche, selection of references, formation of a unique visual style.
Design and UI/UX: Creation of the page structure with a focus on high conversion. Logic of sections: Atmosphere - Services and Cabins - Gallery - Reviews - Booking.
Responsive Design: Development of desktop and mobile versions (Mobile UI). Since over 70% of traffic in this field comes from smartphones, the mobile interface is optimized for perfect display on any screens.
Preparation for Development: All components are organized in Figma (Auto Layout, Styles, Components), and the project is fully ready for handover to the front-end developer.
Result
An emotionally strong, expensive, and aesthetic design that effectively addresses the client's business tasks and is fully ready for layout (on WordPress, Webflow, or pure code).
Tools
Figma (UI/UX, Components, Auto Layout)
Photoshop / Midjourney (graphic generation and processing)
