Today we are talking about additional technical facilities and not just.
It doesn’t matter which area is the main thing to focus in the space and clearly understand the purpose of the future room.
I’m always interested in working with small rooms. Especially if it is important for the buyer to use each meter of his future apartment as functional as possible.
All three options are one and the same room with a total area of ~50 m2
1 . If we look at the first option, then in this case, due to the fact that the washing machine, boiler and the washing room are in a separate room (washroom), the bathroom has come quite spacious and functional.
At the same time, the other rooms remained also quite spacious and comfortable for their functional.
