Stripe Payment Gateway Integration with Kommo CRM via API Connector
Problem
The company needed to automatically generate payment links within Kommo CRM deals and receive payment confirmations. The standard Stripe integration did not allow payment links to be generated correctly or payment statuses to be synchronized with the CRM.
Task
Implement automatic Stripe payment link generation and synchronize payment information with Kommo CRM deals.
Solution
1. An API Connector process was developed to automatically generate Stripe payment links directly within Kommo CRM deal records.
2. Payment information is automatically populated from the deal fields.
3. An API Connector process was configured to synchronize successful payment information from Stripe to the corresponding deal in Kommo CRM.
Results
1. Payment links are generated automatically when a deal reaches the specified pipeline stage.
2. Payment links can be regenerated at any time by clicking a dedicated flag inside the deal card.
3. All payment details are automatically populated from the deal record.
4. Payment confirmations are automatically synchronized with the corresponding deal in Kommo CRM.
5. Creating and sending payment links has become faster and more convenient, as all actions are performed directly within the Kommo CRM deal card.
