Preparation of documents for EB-1A and O-1 talent visas

Preparing documents for American talent visas EB-1A and O-1 is one of the most complex projects I have worked on.

It is not enough to simply write good text. Each document must serve its own function in the petition, and together they must form a cohesive evidence base for the immigration officer.

Within the project, I worked on several types of materials:

scientific methodologies;
conference abstracts;
academic articles;
letters of recommendation;
PR publications for Ukrainian and American media.

The most challenging part was the letters of recommendation. One package could contain 5–7 documents from people in different countries, professions, and fields of activity. My task was to ensure that each letter had its own style, vocabulary, logic of presentation, and sounded as if it were genuinely written by the specific recommender.

A separate technical challenge was working with AI Detection. Academic texts are often mistakenly identified by detectors as being generated by artificial intelligence. For this project, a proprietary deep text reconstruction methodology was used, which allowed reducing ZeroGPT indicators from 70–91% to 0–24% without losing the academic quality of the materials.

As a result, the following was prepared:
more than 10 documents;
5 different types of materials;
documents in three languages;
letters of recommendation with a volume of 5–6 thousand characters;
scientific methodologies with a volume of 10–15 pages.

This project became a great example of how complex copywriting is not just about writing texts. It is a combination of analytics, editing, deep immersion in the topic, and the ability to adapt the material for a very specific audience.
