Developed a #web_service #price_monitoring for #food_products that automatically collects #data from various #online_stores (#ATB, #Auchan, #Silpo, #ROST) using #ParseHub. The obtained #JSON_data is #normalized and #cleaned: names are formatted to a standard format, weight is converted to grams, and extra characters are removed. Using a combination of #NER_model #spaCy (#uk_core_news_lg) and #dictionary_approach, entities (#brand, #type, #flavor, etc.) are extracted, followed by #clustering of products with #fuzzy_grouping (#fuzzywuzzy). Processed data is stored in #MongoDB, #backend is implemented on #Expressjs, and #frontend on #React + #Redux with an #interactive_interface for #quick_price_comparison and #searching_for_beneficial_offers.
