What has been done:
1) Setup and strategy development: connected the advertising account with payment in cryptocurrency TON. Developed a comprehensive promotion strategy, focusing on the absence of unnecessary information overload and a direct, clear call to action for the target audience (Ukrainian expats).
2) Launch of new formats (banner advertising): during tests, it was determined that ads with images work best in this niche. Created bright creatives with a strong trigger: "Do you have a residence card? iPhone on installment from 99 PLN/month."
3) Precise targeting and analytics setup: launched ads in relevant thematic channels (selection of 28 to 47 channels per campaign). Since Telegram does not have deep built-in analytics on purchases, we implemented a system of unique promo codes for accurate tracking of the source of each lead.

Results in numbers:
Increase in the number of leads: +30%
Increase in traffic (page views): +30%
Average cost per action (CPA): 2.63 – 5.07 TON
Minimum CPM at auction: 0.50 TON

Conclusion and next steps:
The strategy using banner advertising and a clear offer worked excellently. The audience perceived the channel as a native source without overload. Thanks to quality creatives, it was possible not only to acquire targeted subscribers at a favorable price (from 2.63 TON) but also to organically scale overall business metrics by more than 30%.

Currently, the results are recorded. The next plans include further scaling of working campaigns, expanding the pool of channels for targeting, and testing new visual connections to optimize customer acquisition costs.
