    Goal: To build a stable lead generation system and increase the number of applications without losing their quality. Since the service is not an impulse purchase and clients reach out in a state of stress, trust and speed of contact were critically important.

    What was done
    1) Testing and selection of tools: simultaneously launched quizzes (Website Leads) and Meta embedded forms (Lead Forms). Based on the test results, focus and budget shifted to lead forms, as they showed better conversion and higher quality applications.
    2) Local targeting: set up campaigns focusing on specific cities and audiences interested in living and working in these locations. This allowed reaching both hot audiences and users in the decision-making process.
    3) Development of creatives as a filter: moved away from abstract visuals in favor of videos with company experts and educational formats. Simple offers without aggressive promises helped filter out random users and attract those with a real inquiry.
    4) Quality control of leads: optimized campaigns with a strict focus on target applications (having a correct phone number, conscious outreach, having a specific request), rather than searching for the cheapest result.

    Spent budget: ~ 19,150 zł
    Leads obtained: 529
    Average cost per lead (CPL): ~ 36.20 zł

    Conclusion and key insights
    We built a managed advertising system that consistently generates conscious applications, provides the business with predictability, and allows for scaling without a sharp decline in quality.

    The main formula for success in this specific niche: video format + simple communication + lead forms. It was also discovered during the process that the audience in this segment burns out quickly, so creatives need regular updates to maintain effectiveness.

  • E-commerce in the USA through Google Ads: increased revenue by 30% to $171,000

    1. Audit and recommendations: conducted an analysis of competitors and the client's current Shopify site. Identified issues in functionality, store structure, and ineffective allocation of the advertising budget. Provided recommendations for creating a new site (implemented by the client's partners).
    2. Campaign optimization: disabled ineffective search campaigns. Focused primarily on shopping campaigns, which became the main driver of results.
    3. Launch and testing of new tools: tested Standard Google Shopping campaigns. Simultaneously optimized Performance Max: tested bidding strategies without ROAS limitations and "maximum conversion value."

    Results in numbers
    Spent budget: $10,332 (expenses reduced by 25% compared to last year)
    Orders received: 334 (growth of 19%)
    Total revenue: $171,415 (growth of 30%)
    Additional metrics: ROAS was 1659% (+73%), average order value increased to $513 (+9%), and Conversion Rate improved by 21% to 2.49%.

    Conclusion and next steps
    The full implementation of the strategy (new site + optimized campaigns) provided significant growth. With significantly lower expenses, we received more orders and revenue, successfully fulfilling the client's objectives.

    Currently, the result is secured. A strategy has been developed for the next six months for the low season period: we plan to test new connections for bidding strategies, deep optimization of the data feed, and further optimization of the site pages for stable scaling.

    Overall results and next steps
    In total, over 1,464 leads were generated with an average cost of $8.2. The campaigns showed stable results within market indicators for the region.

    The project was initiated with the goal of establishing a stable flow of targeted inquiries and testing the effectiveness of the sales funnel through Direct on Instagram. The main task was to attract a quality audience and avoid non-targeted spam, prompting algorithms to seek out those users who are ready for dialogue.

    As part of the work, the following steps were implemented:

    Developed targeted creatives: created advertising materials that specifically addressed the pain points and key motivations of the target audience, which increased click-through rates and the desire to engage with the ads.

    Segmented audiences: conducted a deep selection based on interests, focusing on the female segment. Used relevant behavioral and thematic targeting for maximum reach.

    Optimized the funnel and abandoned automation: built a clear customer journey leading to Direct. To improve lead quality, consciously transitioned campaigns to manual settings and abandoned Advantage+, taking control of the audiences into our own hands.

    Changed the optimization goal: set the algorithm displays directly to "initiated dialogues," rather than just reach or clicks, so that the budget was spent exclusively on attracting real inquiries.

    As a result of the campaign, the funnel in Direct with manual management and properly selected audiences showed high effectiveness. With a total spent budget of $1,835.84, we managed to generate over 500 initiated dialogues. The cost of one targeted inquiry was less than $2, while the client noted the high quality of leads — the metrics turned out to be higher than average, without mass irrelevant spam.

    The project began with the need for rapid testing of demand for trending products (thermal shorts, massagers) and obtaining maximum traffic volume. The main task was to find a balance between the cost per click and the quality of the audience for further scaling of sales.

    As part of the work, the following steps were implemented:

    1. A comparison of two traffic acquisition strategies was conducted. It was found that for viral products, the "Traffic" strategy at the start provides clicks that are 22 times cheaper compared to conversion campaigns.
    2. Emphasis was placed on UGC content and live product demonstrations. The use of the Display Card tool allowed the CTR to rise to a record 4.15%.
    3. Thanks to the low entry cost (CPC $0.03), a base for retargeting was formed. This allowed for data collection to train algorithms and launch Look-alike audiences in the following stages.
    4. A broad targeting approach was applied across Italy, focusing on interests: gadgets, care, and seasonal clothing, which ensured a steady flow of visitors.

    Final metrics:
    Total budget: $1,400.
    Cost per result (CPC): $0.03 (on traffic campaigns).
    Reach: 715,000+ users.

    Conclusion:
    The use of native UGC videos and a low entry strategy allowed for over 13,900 clicks at minimal cost. This created an ideal foundation for converting the warmed-up audience into Purchase campaigns for final sales closure.

    As part of the work, the following steps were implemented:

    1. Conducted a complete cleaning of the advertising account, corrected critical errors in event settings, which allowed Meta's algorithms to correctly see conversions and pass the learning phase more quickly.
    2. Divided campaigns by funnels: for B2C, we chose a direct sales strategy through a catalog (cosmetics/chemicals), and for B2B — lead generation through lead forms to request a wholesale price list.
    3. Set up dynamic ads for home goods, which allowed showing users exactly the items they were interested in, significantly increasing the relevance of the ads.
    4. Launched updated video creatives and posts on Instagram. This helped reduce CPC from $0.04 to $0.03, ensuring a larger volume of traffic at the same budget.

    During the tests, a new profitable segment was identified in B2C (retail), which provided an immediate increase in profitability. Despite budget reductions in the wholesale direction, through precise targeting and working with the offer, we maintained the cost per lead at less than $1.
