Prototyping and curation of MVP mobile application development

The goal was to create a concept for two very simple Android applications (using recipes as an example) for quick niche testing. The main task was to develop an interface that would look modern but remain easy to implement within a minimal budget.
My role: Product Manager / UI Designer
• Development of Technical Specifications: Formulating clear requirements for functionality (without unnecessary complications for the developer).
• Prototyping: Creating a visual mockup (High-Fidelity Prototype) that reflects the main elements: ingredient list, cooking steps, and Call-to-Action buttons.
• Management: Finding a performer within a specific budget ($50 per application) and ensuring the development aligns with the provided design.
Key design features (based on the screenshot):
• Clean UI: Using a large amount of whitespace to focus on content.
• UX elements: Implementing convenient features like "Add to Favorites" and "Shopping List" with one click.
• Scale-ready: The interface architecture allows for easy scaling of the application for any category of goods or services.
Result:
A ready visual standard that allowed the developer to clearly understand the scope of work, minimizing the number of revisions and enabling adherence to the MVP budget.
