Management of Android application package development (MVP in 48 hours)

Within this project, I acted as the Product/Project Manager, ensuring the complete cycle of creating two mobile applications with a limited budget and clear deadlines.
What was done:
• Technical task: Developed a concise technical specification that allowed avoiding "feature creep" and staying within budget.
• Contractor selection: Conducted the selection of an Android developer, focusing on the balance of price and speed of implementation.
• Development control: Supervised the application creation process, ensuring the interface and logic matched the initial concept.
• Result: 2 ready-to-use applications completed within a budget of $100 without compromising the quality of core functions.
This case demonstrates my ability to effectively manage software development, find optimal technical solutions, and work under strict resource constraints.
