Automation of candidate verification (OSINT + AI)

Task
Optimization of the candidate risk assessment process. Replacement of manual searches in registries and external services (YouControl) with an automated solution in Telegram.
Technical components
• Integration with registries: Automatic access to databases of individual entrepreneurs, court decisions, debtor registry, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs search has been set up.
• Bypassing restrictions: A mechanism for automatic CAPTCHA recognition has been implemented for uninterrupted parsing of government sources.
• Social networks: An algorithm for searching digital footprints in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook has been developed.
• AI analytics: Use of artificial intelligence for processing the obtained data and generating a report with a risk level assessment.
Result
A Telegram bot has been created that generates a complete report on a person based on their full name and tax identification number, with direct links to primary sources. The verification time has been reduced from 30 minutes to 2 minutes. The solution has allowed for a complete abandonment of third-party paid resources.
