Psychological support corner for LLC "NPK AMETHYST"
In order to care for employees' mental health and create a psychologically safe environment in the workplace, LLC "NPK Amethyst" has set up a Psychological Support Corner. The text for this corner was written by a student of the psychology faculty at KPI named after I. Sikorsky. Several different options for the design and format of the corner were proposed to the client.
This informational stand is intended to:
1. Raise employees' awareness of psychological health, its impact on work quality, relationships within the team, and overall well-being.
2. Provide practical advice for preventing emotional burnout, overcoming stress, anxiety, and psycho-emotional tension.
3. Explain signs of psychological overload and give signals for when to seek help.
4. Promote the formation of a positive microclimate within the team, motivation, and a balance between work and personal life.
What the corner contains:
- List of psychological difficulties that an employee may encounter at work
- Signs of psychological tension and tips on how to recognize it in time
- Causes of stress and emotional burnout
- Self-help tips (breathing exercises, keeping a journal, micro-breaks, etc.)
- Reminders about the importance of the “work–life” balance
- Methods for maintaining mental resources in daily work
- Contact information or a call to seek help from a psychologist
The Psychological Support Corner is not just a decorative element, but a tool for preventing emotional burnout, a means of fostering a healthy team climate, and an important component of the company's care for its people.
