Client request: build a single internal web app where the agency can manage clients, agents, and apartment listings (both for sale and for rent) without juggling spreadsheets, chats, and separate tools - with fast filtering, clear statuses, and quick day-to-day operations.
What this solution simplified: it centralized the workflow into one system: agents can instantly see who is responsible for each client/listing, track lead progress, keep preferences and notes in one place, and work from a dashboard that highlights what needs attention (new leads, scheduled viewings, negotiations, and closed deals). The result is less manual coordination, fewer missed follow-ups, and faster matching between clients and available apartments.
