Real estate website based on CMS WordPress

The client approached me with an interesting project — creating a dynamic real estate website for the largest luxury housing complex in Andalusia, Spain, which includes both sales and rentals of properties. The main challenge was to develop a platform that would equally serve both local Spanish clients and an international audience. The site was to be bilingual (Spanish and English) and include a user-friendly search with various categories and criteria. The entire process of interacting with the real estate — from searching to selecting and contacting the manager for booking or purchasing — was to be centralized on the site.

For this project, I suggested using the flexibility of the WordPress CMS, selecting a custom theme and integrating the necessary plugins. Building the site "from scratch" allowed us to focus on key elements: ease of search, support for multilingualism, implementation of a personalized subscription model with email notifications, and ensuring prompt support from the site administrator. I also paid special attention to optimizing the site for search engines (SEO) using specialized plugins.
