1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds or green onions (optional)
Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken strips and cook for 5–6 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir well.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
