Redesign and 3D visualization of a small apartment (33.6 sq m)
In this project, a new layout solution was developed and a photorealistic 3D visualization was created for an apartment of typical construction (Khrushchyovka) with a total area of 33.6 sq.m.
The main task was to intelligently zone the limited space to create a modern and ergonomic interior in warm tones.
Completed scope of work:
Development of an architectural plan with dimensions and furniture arrangement.
Space optimization: allocation of functional zones for the kitchen (6.1 sq.m), living room (11.2 sq.m), and full bedroom (8.4 sq.m).
Detailed 3D modeling of all rooms.
Selection of textures, evening lighting setup, and final render.
Software used: SketchUp, Twinmotion.
