Refinement of WooCommerce capabilities

1 - WooCommerce admin panel - development of the ability to enter a tracking number and automatically send this number to the client via the email specified in the order.

2 - Creation of a window in which the buyer will be offered to check a box agreeing to receive news or discounts via email + display of information in the order in the site admin panel.
