We completely rebuilt the lead generation system for the seasonal offer Holiday Sun — starting from the website and ending with Meta Ads campaigns.

The main problem was not in advertising, but in a weak funnel and low conversion. Therefore, instead of scaling traffic, we first updated the website and built a clear funnel for registrations.

My role included the full cycle: defining the ICP (ideal customer profile), developing the funnel structure, creating offers and communication angles, as well as launching and optimizing Meta Ads.

What was done:

Complete redesign of the website with a focus on conversion

Building a registration funnel (landing page → form → lead processing)

Key insight:

The result was achieved not only through advertising but thanks to a systematic approach. After updating the website and building the funnel, Meta Ads began to consistently generate cheap and quality leads.
