**What we did:**
- Developed a comprehensive META promotion strategy focusing on local targeting
- Created segmented advertising campaigns for different types of services (dry cleaning, apartment cleaning, office cleaning)
- Launched Lead Form Ads for quick collection of service cost inquiries
- Set up retargeting with personalized offers for website visitors
- Implemented visual creatives demonstrating the cleaning process and results ("before/after")
- Developed seasonal promotions (spring and pre-holiday cleaning) with promo rates
**Results:**
- Reach increased by 728% (from 5.8K to 48K per month)
- Daily interactions increased by 778% (from 180 to 1,580)
- Orders increased by 700% (from 35 to 280 per month)
- Conversion to orders increased by 261% (from 1.8% to 6.5%)
- Average check increased by 71% (from 850 to 1,450 UAH)
- ROAS grew by 271% (from 140% to 520%)
**Key conclusions:**
- The highest efficiency was shown by Lead Form Ads (ROAS 580%) and retargeting (ROAS 650%)
- Most profitable services were furniture dry cleaning and post-repair cleaning (margin 48% and 45%)
- "Before/after" visual content generated the highest engagement and conversion
- Clear geo-targeting by city districts significantly reduced customer acquisition costs
- The share of regular clients increased to 62%, significantly raising customer LTV
- The combination of targeted advertising with Lead Forms provided the best price/lead quality ratio
