- Built-in appliances — oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave.

- Separate coffee area with shelves for cups and bottles — convenient and beautiful.

- Sink by the window — lots of light, pleasant to wash dishes (well, almost).

- Dining table for 4 people, wooden, with comfortable chairs.

- Wall and under-cabinet lights — everything is well-lit, even if you’re preparing something more complex than a sandwich.
