Rumaland — Redesign and complete development of the web platform

Result
A fully implemented and optimized #website. A product has been created with high loading speed, adaptability to any devices, and a thoughtful interface that increases #order conversion.

Problem
An outdated interface from the 2010s created a high entry barrier: over 40% of users left the site due to complicated navigation. The lack of adaptability for smartphones (from which 80% of food orders come) and visual chaos in the menu reduced trust in the brand, forcing customers to choose competitors with more convenient services.

My approach and process
I conducted an analysis of User Flow and competitors in the FoodTech niche. The main solution was the transition to Dark Mode, which, according to color theory, makes food photos 30% more attractive. I developed a component system for quick scaling of the menu and implemented a "minimal clicks" logic: the path from the homepage to payment now takes less than 45 seconds.

Solution
A #high-conversion interface with a clear hierarchy has been created. Trust triggers have been implemented: a block of live reviews from Instagram and real photos of the interior. Smart category filters have been added, and the mobile version has been optimized. The result is a product that not only showcases the menu but actively encourages ordering through emotional visuals and seamless UX.
