Problem
The establishment had an outdated website without a cart and the ability to order online. Customers had to call every time. As a result — lost orders during non-working hours, lack of purchase history, and constant manual routine for the owner.

My approach and process
The work began not with "update the design," but with solving the main headache — how to accept orders without calls. I developed a #mobile-first flow, a cart system, and integrated a #Telegram-bot so that each new receipt instantly arrives on the owner's phone.

Solution
The new platform fully automates order acceptance 24/7 thanks to a smart cart and instant integration with Telegram. The owner received a full-fledged admin panel to manage the menu and customer database without coding intervention, while users enjoy a fast, mobile-optimized interface with modern design.
