Set up automatic data export from Kommo CRM to Looker Studio in order to get clear and up-to-date sales analytics without manual data collection.

Solution
1. Data export from Kommo CRM to Google Sheets was set up via an API connector.
2. Google Sheets was connected to Looker Studio as a data source.
3. Dashboards were developed with key metrics: number and amount of deals, conversion by pipeline stage, effectiveness of traffic sources, manager workload.
4. Automatic data refresh was configured so that reports always reflect up-to-date information from the CRM.

Results
1. All sales analytics are collected in one place and updated automatically, without manual work.
2. The manager sees clear charts and can quickly assess sales dynamics and team performance.
3. The time needed to prepare reports has been reduced — data is no longer collected manually.
