Started in February 2025 — a niche brand of hair care products, operating in the US market.
At the time of launch, there were already sales from organic channels, but advertising had never been launched before.

First week — familiarization with the audience, competitor analysis, preparation of creatives.
On the 9th day, a test ad set was launched for the “clean beauty” segment.
The first reaction — weak. CPA around $60, ROAS ≈ 1.1. But there was potential.

After 2 weeks, they relaunched with new messages:
“Less styling. More healing.”
Target audience — busy moms + women over 30 who are tired of over-dried hair and false promises.

This worked. Visuals — minimalist, honest copywriting, before/after videos.
They began consistently maintaining CPA of $18–22, ROAS 2.7–3.4.

The best-performing creative was where the founder personally showed the product application process — UGC forever.

We are still working with the brand, monthly adding new connections, preparing for launches on Amazon and TikTok.
