A program that allows you to quickly increase the number of push-ups, which in turn contributes to the development of strength and endurance, strengthens the muscles and strengthens the joints.
When launching the program, three states of the timer are offered: preparation, work, rest. The duration of each timer state can be configured in the settings window. You perform one of the phases of exercise for a week. Then you can go to the next. A total of 20 stages of training were conducted. In the settings you can select the appropriate phase of the exercise. Execution of each exercise is accompanied by a speaker's voice, the interval of which can be adjusted.
The results of the classes can be viewed as a list.
To the best results, it is recommended to train 3 times a week, eat properly, sleep for 8 hours, and you will definitely the goal.
