Script Continuity Notes – Short Film Sample

This is a sample of script continuity notes based on a short film scene (“The Wait” – 1 Minute Short Film), covering 00:00–00:16 (16 seconds) of the film. The document demonstrates my approach to tracking continuity across multiple shots, including character actions, props, wardrobe, and environmental details. I focus on maintaining visual and narrative consistency between shots, paying attention to object positions, character behavior, and timing. The notes are structured in a clear and practical format used on set, making them easy to follow for directors, DOPs, and editors.
