Consolidating three distinct products (Privacy Protection app, PC Cleaner, and Antivirus) into a single integrated product along with UI refreshing.
My Contribution:
- Discovery and requirements gathering
- Estimation of work volume and decomposition
- Competitor analysis
- Concept creation
- Designing user flows
- Prototyping
- Regular stakeholder presentations
- Facilitating alignment between Design, QA, and Development
My involvement in the project concluded with the handoff of the design to the development team. Ultimately, the project was successfully released in June 2023.
