The signing ceremony is a web service designed to simplify the process of requesting, signing, and verifying electronic signatures from one or more people virtually anywhere and at any time. This ceremony includes several steps, performed by one or more people on one or multiple documents in a specific order determined by the person requesting the signatures.
The application is also equipped with additional authentication methods, such as Question-Answer and 2FA, as well as a mechanism for requesting the signer to upload supplementary files (e.g., a photocopy of a driver's license) before being able to complete the signing process. Signers can be assigned additional privileges, such as the option to decline signing a document or delegate signing rights to another person.
Moreover, in addition to signing, the signer may be required to fill out form fields such as the signing date, signer's name, company, etc.

The PDF toolbar project was initiated by a request from the marketing team to explore and test various formats of PDF products for cross-selling purposes.

PDF Toolbar is a desktop application was intended for users who need the very basic PDF functionality that is easily accessible.
The basic set of application functions (only Merge, Split, Compress and Export) makes it highly visual and intuitive for users of any level, without requiring any special knowledge or skills to master the program.
Unlike web services with similar functionality, PDF Toolbar works offline, ensuring security and independence from the quality and availability of the connection.
In contrast to typical desktop PDF editors, PDF Toolbar takes up less hard drive space and requires fewer system resources, while also not requiring advanced skills from the user.
It wasn’t particularly challenging due to the basic functionality. However, the real challenge was to execute the project quickly and efficiently without any iterations between development and production. As far as I know, it is still being successfully sold as a cross-selling product.

When I joined the InPixio Photo Studio project, it consisted of 5 separate programs, each with different engines, which didn’t store or process images in the same way. The entire set was aimed at the needs of professional photographers and was optimized for working with collections of photos by copying adjustments from one photo to another. The program also included functionality based on the algorithmic removal of unnecessary objects, replacing backgrounds, and adding clipart from a small library.
The new version prioritizes automation and offers ready-made solutions before manual tools. Automation occurs without any action from the user. They open an image and the magic starts. However, if the automated options are not satisfactory, the user can always achieve their desired result using professional editing tools like color correction and noise reduction, but they have been de-prioritized in favor of automation.
The program’s focus has shifted to entertainment features like background and sky removal and collage creation.
The collage creation process now relies on customizable templates, such as magazine covers and greeting cards, which can be modified with the help of an integrated library of stock photos and illustrations.

Historically, the company had 3 main product families — each with its own dedicated account service. These account services differed in terms of terminology, functionality, and user interaction philosophy specific to each product. To address various challenges, the decision was made to merge these services into a single unified platform.
The consolidation resolved the issue of users being «stuck» with numerous outdated subscriptions. With the new unified service, users gained access to a streamlined platform where they could easily manage and modify their subscriptions as needed.
The merger also created consistency and a seamless user experience. Processes like signing in, signing up, and managing account settings became standardized, offering a cohesive interaction.
Customer support operations were also streamlined, eliminating separate teams for different services.

In 2014, when russia first attacked Ukraine, it sparked a wave of volunteerism within Ukraine. Also a large number of the Ukrainian diaspora in different countries tried to help in any way they could.
Canada is a country with a particularly large Ukrainian diaspora, which definitely influences the political life of the country. But, any diaspora activity faces the fact that people abroad are completely unfamiliar with Ukraine, despite the fact that it is a large country in the center of Europe. Ukraine is terra incognita for many, even for those whose ancestors were born there.
The event, organized by a group of Ukrainian Canadians, was aimed at sharing knowledge about Ukraine, debunking myths, and shaping the image of a new, free Ukraine.

Electronic signature module
Interface Design (UI/UX)The business aimed to capture a share of the growing electronic signature market by developing and implementing an electronic signature module in the PDF editor.
The functionality of E-Sign allows users to sign documents themselves, request signatures from other participants, securely store signed documents, track the status of sent packages, add refusal or delegation rights for signers, use question-answer authentication, import and export lists of signers in CSV format, set the signing order, save reusable templates, add fillable forms, and request additional documents.
… The solution is fully cross-platform (desktop, web, Mac) and involves users with different roles (owner, signer, for review) and varying privileges (can decline, can delegate).

Historically, the company had a multitude of diverse checkout flows due to several reasons. One of them was the constant testing of marketing flows. Acquiring different product families from third-party manufacturers, each with its unique characteristics, added to the variety. The complexity was further increased by the diverse country-specific features, considering the company had customers from 172 countries.
After making a strategic decision to create a unified marketplace for the company, the need for standardizing the checkout process emerged.
The consolidation resolved several issues at once.
With a unified checkout process, users gained the ability to add multiple products or services from various company offerings to a single cart. Moreover, it opened up new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
The integration of payment methods into the unified checkout process allowed users to securely store their payment information once and utilize it for all purchases within the company.
This consolidation significantly simplified work processes for customer support and internal management by consolidating payment processing and other operational aspects.

I ceased working on the project after of Sky Editor and Photo Background Editor after their release. Remove Unwanted Objects was developed up to high-fidelity designs, but was not implemented due to reasons beyond my knowledge.
