Service solution - Telegram bot for invoicing

Task: Eliminate the "human factor" and bureaucratic delays in financial operations. The goal was to replace manual requests to accounting with an instant self-service system that processes dealer requests 24/7 and generates financial documentation.

Solution: A multi-level architecture (Dealer/Manager) was developed using an external database and billing generation service. Dealers received a powerful portal for managing payers and instant invoice generation. A full-fledged administrative panel was created for managers to manage dynamic pricing, the lifecycle of dealers, and global synchronization of payment statuses.

Result: Radical optimization of the payment cycle — the time from request to ready invoice was reduced from hours to seconds. The system completely freed accounting from routine tasks, eliminated errors in documents, and provided transparent monitoring of payments for all participants in the business process in real time.
