Initially, one Performance Max campaign was launched without any segmentation, there were no conversions in the account and audience segments were not set up, which caused Google to not understand the audience and bring non-targeted traffic.
### What we did:
1. Set up audience segments.
2. Analyzed competitors, adjusted prices to be more competitive.
3. Set up standard shopping campaigns to get initial conversions and for Google to collect our audience. Structure: low bid and 3 campaigns on priority categories.
4. After we got enough conversions and the audience filled up, we replaced standard shopping with Performance Max bidding, and active sales growth began.
