Setting up a chat bot in Telegram on SendPulse

Setting up a chat bot in Telegram for a company that sells online training. When subscribing to the bot, the client goes through registration, pays for the course via a payment system or by bank details. They receive access to training materials that cannot be forwarded to other users in Telegram or saved on a device (Phone, Laptop, etc.).

Additionally, a CRM was set up with access rights for the manager responsible for this bot and a separate Deals funnel. So they cannot see the correspondence for other bots and other Deals besides their own.
