Shopify + SalesDrive for launching digital product sales

The task was not just to update the store, but to prepare the entire infrastructure for intensive sales: Shopify, CRM, payments, fiscalization, delivery, and customer notifications.

We updated key elements of the Shopify store, configured payment logic through Chekly and WayForPay, prepared SalesDrive CRM for order processing, checked fiscalization through CheckBox, the operation of the shipping documents of Nova Poshta, and notifications through AlfaSMS.

As a result, the team achieved a controlled process: order → payment → receipt → CRM → shipping documents → customer notification. This allowed for a launch without chaotic manual work between services and with transparent control of critical stages.
