The program is developed on the .NET platform using the libraries Accord.NET, TelegramBot, DialogFlow.
The program is designed to obtain a video stream from the camera, analyze it on movement, search for persons in the camera vision zone and signal the owner about the movement through telegram. Also, the owner is given the ability to control the system through the telegram of the bot.
